Catering by Seasons once again had the pleasure of working a beautiful spring wedding at Walker’s Overlook near Frederick, Maryland.
As always, the venue was picturesque, nestled in a scenic valley with lots of rural charm.
The purple and green color palette was one of our favorites, and there were lots of little unique details.
The antique truck that resides at Walker’s Overlook was the perfect spot to place gifts.
The cocktail hour included spring favorites such as bacon-wrapped dates, a Mediterranean Mezze station, miniature beef sliders, margarita shrimp and more.
The Mezze Station is perfect for every wedding guest – with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options to please every pallet.
Tasty morsels such as minted feta, edamame hummus, grape leaves, olives and tomato oil are spring and summer favorites that are sure to impress even the pickiest eaters.
Dinner stations were a fun and creative way to include the bride and groom’s variety of tastes.
A Fresh Catch station featured grilled salmon and the Carving Corner offered truly all-American fare with steak and a mashed potato bar with delicious toppings.
But, the highlight was our live pasta station with our very own Chef Kyle Vermeulen creating made-to-order pasta dishes with fresh seasonal toppings.
Last but definitely not least, the cake was the perfect ending to an elegant spring wedding.
